La Quinta Inn and Suites Addition

Construction of a 42 room, 24,500 sq. ft addition to the existing La Quinta on the North loop. This addition was a 2 story wood structure with the most up to date finishes per the La Quinta corporation. We had to tie in to the existing hotel all while not disturbing the regular operations of the hotel. This project was completed on time and within budget.

High Point Village - Groundbreaking

Lubbock, TX

High Point Village, located in Lubbock, Texas is a faith-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization developed for the purpose of providing an enrichment facility and residential living community for individuals with special needs. Their mission is to create a Village where individuals with intellectual disabilities can live, learn, work, worship, and achieve their full potential. High Point Village enriches the lives of individuals with special needs by providing a variety of vocational, educational, social, and motivational programs and activities.

Carillon Pointe Plaza

Lubbock, TX

The Carillon Pointe Plaza Project includes the following, but not limited to, a full renovation to the common areas and resident hallways on four floors throughout the north Independent Living wings, as well as four floors on the south towards the Memory Care Living wings. The renovation to the dining areas include the Skylight Room, Oakwood & Cimarron Rooms, Fireside Lounge, and connecting corridors had full renovations as well. The complete renovation was approx. 39,000 SF to rejuvenate the comforting yet modernized retirement facility.
