The work completed on this project involved demo of an existing courtyard on the West side of the existing church to build the 5,700 sq ft Chapel Addition. This also included tying into the existing building. The interior construction involves a lot of ornamental woodwork along with wooden trusses and tongue and groove cedar vaulted ceiling. The exterior is constructed of brick and an EFIS system with a detached prayer and meditation room. This project was completed under the contracted schedule time and budget.

Lubbock, TX

The Lakeridge United Methodist Church project is a renovation to the Education Building to access more of the space in the facility with the growing number of children in the program. The 2nd floor is an approx. 16,400 sq. ft. finish out that includes classrooms, kitchen, library, activity areas, and more. The 1st floor which is approx. 21,100 sq. ft. of existing classrooms and offices will be completely renovated and updated. The 27,100 sq. ft. basement will be a finish out as well as partial renovation to classrooms, activity areas, and offices.
